This is a good article. It tells you about tax free shopping. Example the article says if the business; say on the internet does not have a physical place in the state you are buying from; the company is not responsible for collecting tax. However the article goes on to say if it does have a physical presence in the state, they collect the tax and it goes to that state they are in. It goes on to say that the use tax is paid by the consumer in the state they live for all taxable purchases. There is information in here that I did not know, so it is a good article to read especially if you’re not up on all the kinds of tax information this article gives.
